That problem is solved. I changed the permissions on some folders that the installer created owned by root.
Next problem. Same installation. Thinking Rock on the Ubuntu machine appears to work with the minimal testing I've done. I've created tasks.
The files created on Ubuntu work on Windows. However, anything touched by Windows, yields this when I try to view actions:
