Any chance of getting a version of TR that will run on a Raspberry PI?

Answered my own suggestion:
Downloading the standard version without built in java DOES actually work on the Raspberry PI.

Hi @ka1vgm,
Could you share your experience? I'm considering doing something similar. I want to use TR but I cannot install it at work.

Mainly I'm interested in:
- Linux distro installed in the Raspberry Pi.
- Wich version of the Raspberry Pi.
- Why did you chose Raspberry Pi instead of another less known but more powerfull/cheaper device.
- Performance.
- How do you access to it (Teamviewer, remote desktop, etc.)

Thanks a lot!

I am using Raspbian on a pi3.
Not sure how to answer the question about a less know more powerful cheaper device - as I know of none and have had raspberry pi's for years and love the flexibility.
Also my pi is my main computer I use for day to day activities.

Starting up TR takes a while - ~20 seconds the first time after the pi is booted.
But once running it is just as fast as any other PC I have run it on- no performance issues on this end.
I access it directly, DVI monitor hooked to a HDMI adapter plug and mouse any keyboard hooked directly to my pi.

Thanks for the information.

'm thinking about something similar but via remote desktop so I can access from home and work (where, unfortunately, I cannot install TR).

Best regards
