Interesting thread, I've been using TR for years now, very happy, however, a role change in the past month has led to TR as a tool - my tool of choice being under pressure.

I have a number of constraints - using windows, Lotus Notes to name two...TR still fits the needs I have, but as I do use Lotus Notes and I've found the massive increase of mail (3 fold) to process and track in my new role a serious challenge - given "cut n paste" is the only integration to LN and I do that at a summary level.

I'm not sure I want to invest time flirting with a new tool, but I know I am not as productive now...so an interesting period of reflection I face.

I see the roadmap a key ingredient to some decisions I must make.

A suggestion: could you forward your Lotus Notes emails that need attention to a gmail account dedicated to TR? That way they will be imported automatically into TR as thoughts?

Thanks for the suggestion!
Unfortunately no, commercial confidentiality says no cloud.....

I've taken the leap, eProductivity...

I am a little sad about it, TR has been a great platform and many a productive outcome I've harnessed including a lot of time spent refining my views.

Good Luck TR folk!

TR is very closely tied to my desktop and I only have a few desktop applications that I still use: Word, Excel, Powerpoint and TR.

Now, Word & Excel I'm moving them to cloud based versions so I can access them easily from anywhere, from any pc or tablet or mobile phone just by using a browser. Unfortunately I can't do the same with TR and this is what is holding the software back :(

I believe that if it was a web-based (cloud or SAAS or whatever else you want to call it) software it would be the best selling GTD software.

Hello Claire and Team,

German users also want to know the future plans and roadmap of TR.

Can you please give us a reliable feedback?

Best regards,
Benjamin
