Hmm, a moment ago I was able to import a project which I had created in 3.1.2 for the sole purpose of importing it into another project (originally created in the free version).

That's a step forward so far. But it still leaves me with not being able to import a project created in the free version even though I opened it in 3.1.2 and saved and exported it from there. I actually did save the "old" project, opened a new instance of TR and exported it only then.

Right after that I started to remove stuff from the file I couldn't import until I achieved a successfull import. This is not a solution to the problem, of course, but if a developer asked me I would make available the two versions one of which worked and the other didn't.

Cheers
